Meet the Award-winning Riccall Care Management Team
Working closely with Gill and Tony, Co-director Mike Richards is responsible for business development and our technology and system operations. Overseeing the day to day running of the organisation our Registered Manager, Hayley Norris ensures that we adhere to national standards.
Our Customer Service team and Care Co-ordinators allocate all the visits on a weekly basis and are led by Section Manager Lucy Lawton. Their main aim is to ensure that the care rota operates smoothly for clients and care workers.
Making sure you have a complete and up-to-date support plan in place our New Customer, Review and Assessment team is led by Sue Crundwell, who is always available to address any issues or worries. Initial meetings and assessments are carried out by our qualified Occupational Therapists.
Our training team have over 20 years’ experience in the care sector and works out of our dedicated Training Suite. Our thorough induction course for all new Riccall Carers also includes the new Care Certificate. For operational management improvement we operate an ‘8+’ Continual Improvement Programme. This proactive programme helps us ensure we have the very best working practices across our Home Care services.
Our Accounts and Administration team is headed up by Peter Fairs, facilitating easy payments via debit card or secure online payment system.
