They had good communication with the office and were given information about which staff would be making their visits each week.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The CQC is about maintaining standards and helping you make better decisions about the care you receive. They exist to make sure hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care services in England, provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.  They do this by inspecting and reporting on these services and publishing the results on their website.

We are inspected regularly by the CQC and receive a report about how we are doing and what we can improve. This is very important to us… Here’s an excerpt from a report:

‘People told us that their views about the service were asked for. One person said “I am quite satisfied with all aspects of the service. Staff do anything to help you.”
