A Career in Care with us means full training and excellent rates of pay
Full training is provided to all new staff together with a mobile phone and tunic. We pay highly competitive rates of pay and use electronic monitoring to safeguard lone workers.
We’re flexible too on the hours you work. Home for the holidays? We support many students by offering paid home care work during holiday periods, especially those studying in health and social care.
“I have worked for Riccall Care for 11years, over this time I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience, including a level 5 Diploma in health care management. I enjoy working within the office and out in the community, I like being able to help carers and clients in their day to day lives.” Lucy
We encourage and support you to undertake training courses that not only benefit us and our clients but also aid your own personal and professional development. We are also proud that our carers stay with us for a long time, helping to ensure that many of our clients enjoy continuous care from regular, reliable care givers like you.
