We believe in high quality training for home care professionals

We ensure the skills of our carers and the service they provide is second to none, giving them comprehensive theoretical and practical learning combined with continuous assessment and review. To do this we provide training that includes all statutory standards required by the Care Quality Commission, together with additional accredited professional development courses.

We care for our people, so that they can confidently care for others

We fully train all our carers to our high standards

Delivering the skills and know-how to handle a care role with confidence, including all required knowledge of safe guarding and moving and handling. A care role is also about being  armed with practical advice and information and we train in the essential ‘soft skills’ required for caring for vulnerable adults, the elderly or people with dementia.

Feedback for our training: “…  very motivating and informative… bringing fun into training sessions and always delivering…”
