Deb is our Care Trainer and has over 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing management, is a fully qualified counsellor and a Train the Trainer in Health & Social Care.
Deb thrives on enabling her learners to focus ‘real skills’ on their roles and responsibilities and she passionately believes that fun and practical learning is integral to effectively embedding knowledge. Deb’s favourite book is ‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho whose fundamental message is sometimes you seek what is already within.
