Deb is our Care Trainer and has over 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing management, is a fully qualified counsellor and a Train the Trainer in Health & Social Care.
Deb thrives on enabling her learners to focus ‘real skills’ on their roles and responsibilities and she passionately believes that fun and practical learning is integral to effectively embedding knowledge. Deb’s favourite book is ‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho whose fundamental message is sometimes you seek what is already within.

Training Administrative Support
Jayne has 10 years’ experience in administration. Organised and efficient she likes to see a task to the end and is a valuable member of the Training Team, supporting and assisting with the everyday tasks within the Care Training Department.
Friendly and outgoing, Jayne likes to make people smile. Caring and understanding, she is always willing to help when needed!
Sue is the newest care trainer within the Riccall Care training team. She has been a nurse and a midwife, with 10 years’ experience in teaching Health and Social Care.
Passionate about maintaining excellent standards of care, Sue believes that knowledge and education are fundamental to achieving the optimum level of personalised care. Friendly and supportive, Sue appreciates the hard work and dedication provided by carers, as she has experienced their support with her own mum.
